Warehousing and Despatch

We will take delivery of your stock in our clean, secure and spacious warehouse facilities located conveniently close to the M4. All items are entered on to our bespoke Stock and Order Management software, before being labelled and stored.

In addition to full stock reporting and low stock level alerts we communicate at every stage of the order process, keeping you up-to-date with your order status. Every time you place an order you will receive an order confrmation email, which provides a summary of your order and the delivery address.

Once despatched you will receive another confrmation email which includes a tracking reference so you can check the status of your delivery online. Every order received is verifed by our customer service team before being authorised for processing.
