John heads up the research team at R&M and is responsible for ensuring that our research clients receive an excellent service.

Background
As a dedicated research professional, John can demonstrate over 20 years of research experience both agency and client side. John has a wealth of experience in the research arena, having previously worked for organisations such as Lorien Research, Halfords, Barclaycard and Staples Europe. With an MBA from Aston University, John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Associate of the Market Research Society.
Specialisms
With a background which spans both public and private sector research, John is able to quote a wide range of specialisms and an impressive list of clients. John spent two years setting up and running the Audi telephone customer satisfaction programme while working for the RAC. John also has extensive experience of Mystery Shopping, Employee Surveys, Citizens' Panels, Transport impact studies, Financial services customer satisfaction, Automotive Customer Satisfaction, Regeneration Consultations, Energy and Green Issues, Focus Groups and Depth Interviews.
Personality
An avid film fan, John sees himself as an amateur "Barry Norman", never shy to reveal some trivial insight into the making of the latest Hollywood blockbuster. With the sceptical eye of a true conspiracy theorist, John's attention to detail is never faltering.
