Paul has been working for R&M since 2003, in that time he has become a prominent valued member of the team.
Background
Graduating from the University of Wales in Cardiff with a 1st class honours, combined with a career in the design and print industry, Paul’s background lies in the domain of Design and Print. This prior knowledge and understanding provides Paul with a firm foundation for his role at R&M. In late 2004 Paul won the prestige title of Welsh Business brain, which was an industry award for welsh business professionals.
Specialisms
Paul has a keen eye for detail and strong management skills which is essential to the planning process and the ongoing management of projects he is involved with. Internal communication between departments is engaged via Paul so it is necessary that he communicates both efficiently and effectively, as well as his strong internal communication he is often one of the more prominent client facing people at Research and Marketing working side by side with clients to meet their objectives which requires a different set communication skill.
Paul also has an in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge of print and design procedures as well as knowledge of direct marketing campaigns which is invaluable in his role.
