Saadiah joined Research and Marketing in December 1995.
Background
Throughout the past 11 years she has accumulated a vast knowledge of procedure, protocol and business ethics within the Market Research sector.
During this period, she attained a BSc honours degree in Interior Architecture, which compliments her inherent flair for design and planning within the industry. She has also built on the fundamental skills gained by both putting into practice the techniques learnt during her undergraduate studies and has developed core research skills through her role as a senior CATI Department Supervisor. This has put Saadiah in prime position to progress into the role of Research Executive, as she continues to move forward with Research and Marketing and add to her responsibilities within the company.
Specialisms
Management : Comprehensive knowledge of the Askia CATI program. Responsible for training, assessment, disciplinary procedures and the general overview of CATI room interviewers and procedures.
Questionnaire design : Proven experience with questionnaire design and set up for a variety of different projects, including consumer surveys, mystery shopping and business to business studies. Responsible for approving layouts and concise examination of discrepancies within questionnaires.
Project management : Accurate documentation and evaluation of statistical data on behalf of the ACCAC examination board. Fully conversant with MRQSA and IQCS guidelines.
Qualitative techniques : Fully trained in depth interviewing techniques. Experienced group moderator. Responsible for briefing interviewers with upcoming projects.
Reporting : Meeting deadlines. Proven experience with report writing, both academically and for business needs.
Personality
A team player, she enjoys building working relationships with colleagues and clients, infusing her team mates with her drive and enthusiasm.
An avid reader, she has interests in varied genres, such as the workings of the criminal mind , and has a particular passion for the authors Kelley Armstrong and Max Allan-Collins.
