Vacancy: Contact Centre Project Executive

We are looking for a Contact Centre Project Executive with outstanding project and people skills. This role involves working on a new project for one of our key clients being a prestigious public sector organization, to ensure that their contact centre is set-up and managed efficiently. You will play an integral part within the department and in addition to handling calls yourself your duties will include:
- Supervision of other staff engaged on the call centre team
- Monthly reporting to client
- Responsible for maintaining the knowledge database
- Identifying training needs and requirements in the team
- Upholding our service level agreement with the client
Essential Criteria:
- Fluency in the Welsh language
- Data entry and data management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a working team
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Professional role model – approachable and helpful
- Competent with Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
Vacancy: Field Interviewers
Research and Marketing Ltd carry out a broad range of projects both on-street and in-home. We are looking to increase the number of market research interviewers on our database. We are particularly keen to expand our interviewer numbers within South Wales.
We welcome applications from both experienced interviewers and those wishing to undergo training. A good F2F (face-to-face) Interviewer has a pleasant confident manner, the ability to make people of all types feel at ease, and the determination to see a job through.
Work is flexible; assignments are offered on an ad-hoc basis as it becomes. However, telephone access to both a telephone and a car tend to be required.
